BIO
Get to know me
Victory Okragly is a disabled, queer artist from the San Francisco Bay Area.
A graduate of Oakland School for the Arts and a Mills College Alumnae, they have a strong connection to their home and community. Their love of fantasy media and nerd culture comes through in their art, as they love to explore and process their queerness and disabilities through the lens of fiction.
Their passion for design mainly blossoms from their desire to give voice to the minority groups they are a part of and the intersectionality of each of them. They often incorporate queerness, neurodivergence, physical disability, and more into their concepts.
